yea, yea, some lame politician is trying to make a name.  Until the Oil companies start raking in more profit than the feds, this is not going to go anywhere.

I have a friend that is in the accounting side of "big oil".  Yes they do shuffle money to reduce tax burdens.  But that is chicken feed compared the lucre the government skims off.

Odd kind of suit. He's suing for profiteering during a time emergency, during the Katrina thing. Now, I live in Kentucky, and damned if I can remember an emergency here during that time. This might be valid in the states that were actually HIT with an emergency...

No, LMAO, less than a week before the primaries. I think it is cute how you believe that candidates don't plan for an election more than a couple of months ahead. In reality they start working on the next election immediately.

We had another "run-up" discussion about six months ago where you said that it was still a while before we could call it the "run up" to the election. Well, we've already had a presidential debate, by both parties, for the 2008 election. Come on, they start socking away their political capital early.
