I recently talked with one of our counties crime vicitms' advocate about sex crimes against childrem. I wish everyone could be as open as she is about it.

We really need to get the word out about this kind of disgusting behavior. The continued silence is only hurting our children. People seem not to want to face the reality of it. Yes it's hideous, but keeping the perps under wraps only keeps victims from justice, and perps from being held accountable thus creating even more victims. It's really a shame, we need to educate our society and our children.

Recently Dr. Phil had a program about a grandfather molesting his granddaughter and his wife (her grandmother) NOT reporting it. On top of that she's still married to the perv. If I found out something like that about my husband I'd be in jail for killing him.
